The motel in Lanesborough was in a great location, just across the street from Lake Pontussuc. It was a short drive to go fishing, which was perfect for us. The staff at the motel were kind and helpful, especially the maintenance man who assisted us. Another advantage was the reasonable price of the room, which was quite a good deal. The scene in front of the motel was lovely, with two seater benches outside each room.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the room's air conditioning was not working properly, although there was a portable AC unit that tried to compensate for the heat.
